During the Camp 2021 we had a nice “Fika” stop in the Nationalpark of Söderåsen.

Let's Go for a 4 day Camp with focus on the bike rides. We will have our base in the beautiful little Coast town Ängelholm in the south of Sweden. Perfectly situated for exploring one of the best cykling areas of Sweden. We met up Thursday Morning at 10 am and have a full schedule until Sunday afternoon 15 pm.

Thursday

10:00 Meet up in Ängelhom
10:30 Bike 4 hour
15:00 Fika and checking in to hotel
17:00 Run practice Technique and short intervals. 1h
19:00 Dinner

Friday

07:30 Swim indoor pool Vattnets hus
9:00 Breakfast
10:30 Bike 5 h Hills + Fika paus ( Fika means Coffee, Cakes, Coca Cola, Candy and more )
Brick run 30 min and stretching
19:00 Dinner

Saturday

8:00 Morning walk
08:30 Breakfast
10:00 Big bike day 6 h + Fika paus
Optional Brick run and stretching
19:00 Dinner

Sunday

08:00 Swim indoor pool Vattnets hus
09:30 Breakfast
10:30 Check out from rooms
11:00 Bike 3-4 h Flat ride
15:00 Completion of the camp with ice cream and fika on the Square

Gathering outside lobby 15 min before bike and run and 30 min before Swim.

We will swim in a beautiful 25 meter pool 5 min walk from the hotel

We will stay at Hotel Hus 57 that is a Modern Design Hotel in the center of the Town. We stoped here on the camp 2021 and enjoyed a great stay. Here we will have a Big breakfast buffet to load energy before the long rides and after a day out on the bike we can look forward to a dinner buffé to refill the batteries. A nice dessert to finish of the day before heading to bed.

The beds are comfortable and you have the option to share a Double room with a friend or have a Single room for your self (Single room supplement 1000 Sek )
